Authors' guide for EurSafe 2006
 
 
 

1. Proposals for workshops during the EURSAFE 2006 conference should reach the Scientific Committee by February 1, 2006. The proposal should contain name and address of the person proposing the workshop, a brief description of its theme and special focus, and an outline of the format of the workshop. The ethical aspects should be made explicit. The description should be under 1000 words and sent to the secretariat by e-mail.

2. Abstracts of contributed papers or posters are due by February 1, 2006. They should be under 300 words, written in English. Abstracts and author identification should be submitted to the secretariat through the website or by e-mail. Abstracts should address explicitly the ethical dimension of food and agriculture. Please suggest one or several topics to which the paper is related. The size of the poster should not be larger than
940mm x 1350 mm.

3. Authors will be notified of paper or poster acceptance by e-mail before March 15, 2006.
In case of acceptance by the Scientific Committee, authors will receive instructions for preparing the full text of both oral communications and posters to be published in the Proceedings.

4. Authors will be required to send the final draft of the text of their papers (or posters)
before 24th of April, 2006.
